What We Believe - Statement of Faith-
By purchasing or renewing a chapter membership, you are acknowledging this statement of faith
We believe in one God, Maker of all things and being in Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe HIS BANNER OVER US IS LOVE.
We believe that the Son of God, Jesus Christ, became incarnate, was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and is true God and true man.
We believe the Bible, in its entirety, to be the inspired Word of God and the only infallible rule of faith and conduct.
We believe in the resurrection of the dead, the eternal happiness of the saved, and the eternal punishment of the lost.
We believe in personal salvation of believers through the shed blood of Christ. We believe in sanctification by the blood of Christ, in personal holiness of heart and life, and in separation from the world.
We believe in divine healing, through faith, and that healing is included in the Atonement.
We believe in the baptism in the Holy Ghost, accompanied by the initial physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance, (Acts 2:4) as distinct from the new birth, and in the nine gifts of the Spirit, listed in 1 Corinthians 12, as now available to believers.
We believe in the Christian's hope - the imminent, personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
We believe in intensive world-evangelism and missionary work in accordance with the Great Commission, with signs following.
If you are purchasing your membership online, there is no need to manually submit the form.

If you're making the purchase for someone else, please make the payment through Zelle at moe@fgbmfiusa.org or via bank transfer. Afterward, fill out the form below with the information of the person you're registering, including their photo and payment receipt. If the person prefers not to include a photo on their ID, please mention it in the comments section.
It is important for you to know that when using your credit card to purchase any of the memberships listed above, you will be automatically charged for that membership again next year. If you are okay with this, that’s fine; if not, we recommend using the transfer method via Zelle.

Luego, complete el formulario que se encuentra a continuación con la información de la persona que está inscribiendo, incluyendo su foto y el comprobante de pago. Si la persona prefiere no incluir una foto en su identificación, por favor indíquelo en la sección de comentarios.
Es importante que sepas que al usar tu tarjeta de crédito para comprar alguna de las membresías listadas arriba, se te cobrará automáticamente el próximo año por esa membresía. Si estás de acuerdo con esto, está bien; si no, te recomendamos utilizar el método de transferencia mediante Zelle.

Include as much transaction information as possible in the comments. If this is for your own membership, you do not need to complete this form again. /
Si has realizado el pago de la membresía a través de Zelle, ya sea para ti o para otra persona, o si has utilizado la tarjeta de crédito de un tercero para efectuar el pago, por favor completa el formulario de registro que se encuentra a continuación con la información de la persona o personas cuya membresía ha sido abonada y para la cual deseas que se gestione el trámite de membresía.
