How to Start a Chapter

A chapter of FGBMFI begins when a group of committed believers organizes under local leadership to share testimonies of transformation in a neutral environment, following the vision, mission, and strategy of FGBMFI to reach men for Christ.

A person interested in starting an FGBMFI chapter should understand that the primary purpose is to win souls for Jesus Christ through testimonies shared in a neutral and professional environment rather than a religious setting, creating a platform where non-believers can hear how God transforms lives. To start a chapter, it is recommended to have a committed group of believers, meet regularly (ideally twice a month), maintain a focus on testimonies and evangelism rather than preaching, Bible studies, or worship services, and establish a basic leadership structure that includes at least a President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Additionally, the key leaders should be aligned with the vision, mission, and strategy of FGBMFI, promote unity within the Body of Christ, encourage membership growth, prayer, and expansion into new chapters, while always working in coordination with the Regional Director to obtain official recognition and the chapter charter.

Minimum Practical Requirements:

• Have an initial group of committed men or fraternos.
• Appoint a President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
• Hold regular meetings focused on testimonies.
• Maintain an evangelistic and non-denominational approach.
• Coordinate with the Regional Director throughout the chapter formation process and eventual chartering.
• Promote memberships and the sustainable growth of the chapter.
