The FGBMFI-USA National Convention being held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Region has been marked by the tremendous move of the Holy Spirit as a Revival has broken out at every meeting, with many slain in the Spirit, and large crowds of continued dancing in the Spirit and praising God!

On Friday, the election for USA National President was held with Chapter Delegates from across the nation deciding the outcome.

The election was between two candidates, Mike Postlewait, current National President, and Gabriel 'Gabe' Jacquez, Western Regional Director.

Gabriel spoke first, and in the hushed room the Spirit fell on Gabe as he tenderly shared his thanks to Mike for cleaning up the Fellowship from when he took office six years ago and for putting together a great team to help save the Fellowship.

Gabe said that he had been in the Fellowship for 25 years, serving in various positions, and that a Holy Spirit prophecy had been given over him years back that he would be in that same position, running for president. 

As Gabriel spoke, there was something special about his voice, and all knew the prophecy was true.

Mike Postlewait, who is beloved by everyone, got up to speak and said he felt he had served well for six years and would like to hand the job over to Gabriel as the Spirit had touched him also.

Gabriel was then elected president by the delegates, and all men gathered around him to pray over him.

Michael Yu offered a proposal to name Mike as President Emeritus and that was unanimously agreed and Mike will work with Gabriel and the team to build on his success.

Gabriel, originally from Visalia, CA, is the proud owner of a large automobile repair and body work shop. He is deeply supported in his Fellowship work by his wonderful wife and family.

Gabriel has overseen the Fellowship’s Western Region of California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming with great success, by utilizing Field Representatives, Chapter Presidents, and District Coordinators to work together in all things. 

A key team member for Gabriel is National Fire Teams leader, Sergio Oseguera, who also serves as Western Regional Coordinator.

Additionally, serving in the same position was Mike Fiero, who passed away a few weeks ago and had worked tirelessly to organize the region.

The Region had its first convention a few months ago, in Los Angeles, the Humbleness Conference, which was a great success and well attended. 

Gabriel said he will keep an open-door policy where every member can contact him and share ideas and achievements for all to know, and Gabriel feels he will serve to bring further unity across the country to add to the magnificent work of Mike Postlewait.
